Pranayamas & Mudras Vol.2 is a 45 minute class suitable for those with all levels of yoga experience* The class combines a different selection of techniques to the Vol.1 class, these include the Alternate Nostril Breathing and Brahmari breathing techniques (pranayamas) and the Yoga and Hridiaya gestures (mudras).The Pranayamas & Mudras Vol.2 class uses clear, easy to follow expert tuition to instruct the techniques. The instruction is combined with subtle and relaxing background music which sets a perfect pace and mood and the class concludes with a short guided relaxation session. The class is devised and instructed by Sue Fuller. Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and is a leading yoga teacher, writer and training course author who has studied and taught around the world since 1995.
