Deep Yoga Stretches is a 75 minute guided Yin Yoga style session. The session uses floor based postures that are each held for several minutes. This form of Yoga releases tension stored deep within the body that may have built up over many years and also greatly increases flexibility and joint mobility.Deep Yoga Stretches suitable for those with previous yoga experience who wish to deepen their practice. The session will provide a balance to todays' fast-moving way of life and will allow you to deeply relax and experience a meditative stillness, whilst removing deep set tension and regulating energy flow. This session is ideal to compliment any existing yoga practice, sporting activity or training routine and combining held postures with any flowing yoga practice will bring balance and harmony.The Deep Yoga Stretches session is devised and instructed by Sue Fuller.
